Purpose of Fast Pass

Fast Pass is a productivity tool designed for use by organisations, and can only be used when connected to your organisations cloud servers. To use Fast Pass you will require an account provided by your organisation with a username and PIN to allow you to sign in.

Do not attempt to use Fast Pass or sign in if you are not associated with an organisation and have not been issued a username and PIN.

Fast Pass notifies you of tasks and allows you to update the start and completion of tasks and record any losses against a task. All task information is held on a central database and you can view and update tasks from anywhere at any time. Your organisation may impose restrictions on where and when data can be accessed.

Data is transmitted securely using SSL encryption.


Data usage

Data collected is used by your organisation to understand and improve task performance and will only be used internally for the purposes described in this Policy.

We do not collect any personal information, but your organisation may use your name as your sign in username. We do not share any data with any third parties or anyone outside your organisation.

We may collect location information for security, safety or performance improvement purposes.

The information collected is used to update task progress and to record losses. This data is analysed statistically to provide performance comparison and future performance prediction. This enables your organsiation to better understand task and process performance and allows for data driven performance improvement.


Deleting your data

We do not hold personal information. If your account is disabled, the task data collected will remain in the database and will continue to be used for task analysis and performance improvement.
